How do I upload my pictures?

Make sure your photos are JPEG (.jpg, .jpeg or .jpe) file format. Most digital cameras save photos as JPEG files.

* Standard Upload: Choose a photobox you would like to upload your photos to. On the following page, click the 'browse' button to the right of the first empty field. Find the photo that you'd like to upload, and click to select it.

* Express Upload: To upload, say, 10 files, you don't need to click 10 times on the Browse button and select each file separately (as via the standard upload). You can drag your photo files into your browser. Just select your photo files and start uploading them in only a few clicks.

Why am I being asked to create an account?

Creating an account is not necessary to buy store products, but you must create an account before uploading pictures needed to create your projects.

How do I change my account information or password?

From the 'my account' link found on the top right of the header, you can add or update your personal info, including your name, email address, mailing address or password.

What are Lifetime Pages™?

Lifetime Pages™ are dramatically different than the prints you get from your home printer or a copy shop. How? It's all in the process. Lifetime Pages™ are created on a high-end Fuji/Xerox 8000 digital system; the process lays down an electrostatic image and fuses it to the sheet. This produces a near continuous tone, much like a photograph. By comparison, the standard home printer sprays on a liquid ink in a coarser pattern. This ink is water soluble—one spilled drop of water and the print is ruined. Of course, the ink will also fade much more quickly than our Lifetime Pages™. Lifetime Pages™ are water resistant and light resistant, acid-free and lignin-free so they'll last for generations. We print your pages on 100# high-quality semi-gloss paper so your treasures stay bright and colorful. Why are Lifetime Pages™ so important? How do I track my order?

After your order has been placed, we confirm it by email which contains an order number. You can use this number to reference your order if you choose to contact our customer service. A package tracking number will also be emailed to you as soon as it is shipped from our distribution center.
